What people usually ask

Does it work if I am not a hair salon?

Yes. Molvox is the same program for any business that books, serves and charges: barbershops, beauty, physiotherapy, clinics, tattoo, pet grooming, classes. Pick your type at sign-up and start with sample services for your trade.

Is it like Booksy or Fresha?

It does what you like about them (calendar, online booking, reminders) and what they do not do (daily register, team with PIN, time tracking). What it does not do is charge you a commission for every new client or put your clients in a marketplace: your booking page is yours.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Molvox opens in the browser of your tablet, phone or computer, and you can add it to the home screen like an app.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you pick a plan, you carry on as you were. If not, the till becomes read-only: you can see and export everything you saved, but not charge. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from the app itself, without calling anyone. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you already paid for.

Who owns my clients' data?

You do. Molvox is not a marketplace and does not offer your clients to anyone, and you can export your sales whenever you want.

Who charges me and who issues the invoice?

Payments are handled by Paddle, the official seller of the subscription: it charges your card and sends you the invoice with your country's taxes.
